| This picture taken late 1973/early 1974 at the end of the F-4E era. Transition to the T-38s had begun. Kneeling Lt to Rt: MSgt Lucas (Quality Assurance), TSgt Troy Mitchell (Supply), MSgt Bob Walling (Quality Assurance), TSgt Bill Quade (Line Chief), TSgt John Zachem (Flight Chief), MSgt Fred Thomas (Maintenance Control), TSgt D.W. Bates (Maintenance Control) and CMSgt Roger Hemme (Maintenance Superintendent). Standing Lt to Rt: Capt Jim Bash (Maintenance Officer) and next to him is Capt Doug Roach, former F-4E # 6 Logistics Officer, now to be the 1974 (# 3) T-38 Right Wingman.
