I was at Phu Cat (Dec 69 - Dec 70) when we captured this Mig from Laos and brought it into the Base that year. Was really a big deal back then. We barricaded the opening of the last revetment on Cobra Row to keep it in,...right behind the fuel pits. An HB tail coded 389th F-4D lined up on the active to fly with this Mig that day. |
